Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 13 July 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and delivery of AI-Generated Content ("AIGC") video packages from Lifewood AIGC, a division of Lifewood Data Technology ("Lifewood", "we", "us"). By purchasing a package or instructing us to begin work, you ("Client", "you") accept these Terms.

Lifewood AIGC is the AI-Generated Content division of Lifewood. See lifewood.com for company information.

2. Definitions

  • Package — a fixed bundle of video Deliverables purchased at a fixed price (Starter, Growth, or Scale).
  • Deliverable — one finished video produced under a Package, in one of the three duration categories below.
  • Short-form — a finished video of 15–30 seconds.
  • Mid-form — a finished video of 40–60 seconds.
  • Long-form — a finished video of 60–90 seconds.
  • Final duration is determined by the creative requirement and will fall within the stated range for that category. Ranges are not a guarantee of an exact runtime.

3. Package deliverables

Each Package entitles the Client to exactly the number of Deliverables set out below. This table is the definitive statement of what is delivered under each Package.

Deliverable Duration Starter Growth Scale
Short-form videos 15–30s 2 10 60
Mid-form videos 40–60s 1 6 30
Long-form videos 60–90s 1 4 10
Total videos — 4 20 100
Price (USD) — $1,000 $4,000 $25,000

3.1 Included with every Deliverable

  • AI-assisted production of the video (visuals, motion, and, where specified in the brief, voiceover and on-screen copy).
  • Human review of every output for accuracy, brand alignment, and safety before delivery.
  • One master file per Deliverable in a standard delivery format (MP4, H.264) at the agreed aspect ratio.
  • Delivery in one base language.

3.2 Not included (available as paid add-ons)

  • Additional Deliverables beyond the counts in the table above.
  • Additional language versions or localization beyond the base language.
  • Additional aspect ratios or platform re-cuts of the same Deliverable.
  • Licensed third-party music, stock footage, talent, or fonts requiring a separate licence.
  • Deliverables outside the three stated duration categories.

Unused Deliverables are not exchangeable between categories (for example, an unused Long-form video cannot be converted into additional Short-form videos) and are not redeemable for cash.

4. Revisions

Each Deliverable includes two (2) rounds of revisions. A revision round means a single consolidated set of change requests from the Client. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery of that Deliverable.

Revisions cover refinement of an approved concept (for example, edits to pacing, copy, or shot selection). A change of creative direction after the brief has been approved is new work and will be quoted separately.

5. Client materials and responsibilities

To begin production we require the Client's brief, brand guidelines, and any brand assets (logos, fonts, product imagery, approved claims). The Client warrants that it owns or is licensed to use all materials it supplies to us, and that our use of those materials will not infringe any third-party rights.

Production timelines start once we have received a complete brief and all required materials. Delays in Client feedback or approvals extend delivery dates accordingly.

6. Timelines

Indicative delivery windows, measured from the date the brief and materials are complete:

  • Starter — approximately 2 weeks.
  • Growth — approximately 4 weeks.
  • Scale — approximately 8–10 weeks, delivered in agreed batches.

These are estimates, not guarantees. We will notify the Client promptly of any material change to a schedule.

7. Quality standard and acceptance

Every Deliverable is human-reviewed against a 95%+ quality threshold for accuracy, brand alignment, and safety before it is released to the Client.

A Deliverable is deemed accepted if the Client does not raise a revision request within 7 days of delivery.

8. AI-generated content

Deliverables are produced with the assistance of generative AI tools and are then reviewed and finished by human creatives. The Client acknowledges that AI-generated media may contain imperfections and that outputs are not guaranteed to be unique or unreproducible by third parties using similar tools.

We do not produce content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or that impersonates a real person or organization without documented authorization.

9. Intellectual property and usage rights

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client receives a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, and distribute the delivered Deliverables for its own commercial purposes.

Lifewood retains ownership of its underlying tools, workflows, models, project files, and any pre-existing materials. Rights in third-party assets (for example, licensed music or stock) are governed by the applicable third-party licence.

Unless the Client notifies us otherwise in writing, Lifewood may display delivered work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

10. Payment

Packages are priced in US dollars and are payable in full in advance via our payment provider unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices exclude any applicable taxes, duties, or transaction fees.

Work begins once payment has cleared and the brief is complete.

11. Cancellation and refunds

The Client may cancel before production begins for a full refund. Once production has begun, refunds are limited to the portion of the Package for which production has not yet started; Deliverables already produced or in production are non-refundable.

We may decline or terminate a project — with a pro-rata refund for work not yet produced — where the requested content would breach section 8 or applicable law.

12. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to perform this agreement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a Package is limited to the amount paid by the Client for that Package. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms that apply to a Package are those in force on the date of purchase.
